Masajeamos el pollo con la salsa, metemos el trozo de piel dentro del pollo y cerramos la cavidad con media cebolla o con la cáscara del limón. En la bandeja ponemos las patatas cortada en ruedas con los champiñones y cubrimos con el pollo encima
