Yo lo hago aparte porque prefiero dorar los champiñones de manera uniforme y luego ponerlos en la olla.


- Incorporar bien y agregar el vino blanco junto con los aliños y la sal, revolvemos y seguido de esto agregamos el caldo disuelto en agua. La cantidad de agua depende de cuanto jugo o caldo quieres que salga, a mí me gusta con bastante para tomarlo como sopa, pero puedes ponerle menos. Dejar cocinar a fuego medio por 30-35 minutos aprox, con la olla semi tapada.



- Ya al final solo puedes rectificar la sal y listo! Servir caliente con tu mejor guarnición!
