Se vierte el jamón picado dentro de los champiñones, que se colocarán, por cierto, con las laminillas hacia arriba. Se mete en el horno caliente.


- Mientras se hornea el hojaldre, se pican los pedúnculos y se echan en el vaso de la batidora con un chorrito de la mantequilla de haber guisado los champiñones, más la nata, sal y pimienta. Se bate muy bien, mejor si se monta un poco la nata.

- El hojaldre debe estar en horno entre 15-20 minutos (que quede dorado pero no se queme) NOTA: queda muy bien si se pinta el hojaldre con clara de huevo; a mí se me olvidó!!). Cuando esté listo, se saca y se deja enfriar. Una vez frío, se le echa la crema del vaso de la batidora por encima de los champiñones y se espolvorea con pimienta rosa machacada. Buen provecho!!!
